MARK “THE HAMMER” COLEMAN.

The toughest manager I’ve ever had and a good, good friend.  He’s got your back.  Funny story…back in my younger days, I was a little, uh, crazy.  One day in Ricks gym, I lost my cool and started screaming obscenities.  Rick tried to talk me down.  When they didn’t work, he yelled at me.  Really let me have it.  Way louder than I had been yelling. That did work.  It’s also the only time anyone has had the balls to yell at me in my adult life.
