Who wants two tickets to the next WWE house show or TV Taping in (or near) their home town?
Driving up the mountain today to my home in Big Bear, right before I lost radio reception, on comes “Kung Fu Fighting.” Abso-fuckin-lutley, one of my favorite songs of all time. I’m a child of popular culture, old movies, action heroes, songs, 70’s TV sitcoms. Like “The Archies,” which spawned a TV cartoon series, a great comic book, and probably my favorite song of all-time, “Sugar, Sugar.” (Yep, another one-hit wonder). Makes me think of all those hundreds of tiny, obscure little gems, throughout the decades, like “Drift Away” by Dobie Gray and “Tarzan Boy” by Baltimora.
